No contract is required except a verbal contract giving permission for me to coach you.

I will provide a letter of understanding regarding fees, coaching times and conditions.

I like to have people commit to 3 months of coaching. This gives adequate time for us to see results. If at any time coaching isn't working then you may discontinue immediately. You are in control of how and when you are being coached. Coaching may continue indefinitely as long as we both find that it is getting results.

My fee range is $350 to $500/month for 3 phone sessions of 30 minutes each, to 3 phone sessions of 60 minutes each.

My challenge to you is this -- if you are looking for more clarity, confidence and success in leading yourself and others call me for a no holds barred, coaching session with no further obligation -- you owe it to yourself!

I provide "Hot Spot" coaching for those times of crisis or growth that leaders go through. Coaching the "Hot Spot" may take only one session or several to work through the situation. These sessions are individually negotiated.
